We are a skilled team of consultants who are continuously seeking experienced and enthusiastic Receptionists to be placed in temporary assignments around the South and East Auckland area. We have established relationships with some leading businesses, both home-grown and global brands.
The successful candidates will ideally have the following experience and skills:
To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Administration experience is an advantage
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Professional attitude and appearance
Must have reliable transport and legal entitlement to work in New Zealand.
