Customer Service Representative

Are you looking for an influential role where you can showcase your customer care experience? We are searching for professional with both junior and senior Sales or Customer Service experience for temporary Customer Service roles.

Key responsibilities:
. Take inbound and outbound sales calls
. Able to navigate systems at a fast pace
. Maintain customer accounts and customer relationships
. Quickly resolve all customer queries
. Schedule, book and coordinate numerous orders

To be successful in this role you will need to:
. Be driven to meet KPI's and report KPI numbers
. Have sound experience in customer interaction
. Be open to coaching or being coached
. Have the ability to think on your feet
. Resolve all customer enquiries and complaints satisfactorily within company guidelines
. Exceptional communication skills-both verbal and written
. Be extremely self-motivated and have great organisational skills
. Eligible to work in New Zealand
