We are recruiting enthusiastic and proactive Contact Centre Assistants to join our inbound contact centre teams at Inland Revenue in Penrose. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to helping New Zealander's answer vital questions about tax and MyIR.
Your commitment to customer experience, accurate and efficient work, and confidence multitasking will lead to your success in this role. With full time, paid training, you will benefit from gaining specialist knowledge along with customer service experience to add to your career repertoire.
Start date
Starting on 3rd February, you can be flexible if you're wanting to catch an extra week or two of summer. The contracts are varying lengths and could fit in perfectly with mid-year study or travel plans. The contact centres operate on rostered shift hours between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday with the occasional 9am-1pm Saturday shift.
This is Fixed term contract with Madison until 25th September 2020.
