I have a position that has become available for a communications coordinator. The role is available for the right candidate as soon as possible and will run until at least April 2020. There is a competitive hourly rate with full time hours, Monday to Friday.
Key duties and responsibilities will include the following:
. Creating material for press release, blog posts and newsletters
. Tracking and reporting analytics on communications campaigns and events
. Assist the communications team in implementing communications strategies for recruitment campaigns and brand awareness
. Working with events team to identify and develop communications based on upcoming events
. Draft letters for internal stakeholders
. Source content, create and schedule stories and messages across all channels including the websites, twitter, apps and print publications
. Manage content calendars and ensure internal stakeholders and team members meet drafting and sign off deadlines
. Monitor the impact of all messages, platforms and channels used to communicate to internal and external audiences, and provide reports
. Produce adhoc newsletters and EDMs for audiences such as internal staff and external stakeholders
Experience required:
. Experience in communications, social media, marketing and journalism
. Excellent written, proofing and communication
. Interpersonal skills and the ability to work solo or as a team
. Experience coordinating projects
. Strong with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
. Ability to produce compelling presentations
