Customer Service Representative

About the role
In this role you will answer high volume calls from the general public and assist customers with their inquiries as well as providing them with necessary information. You will receive 12 weeks of training on two types of services enabling you to handle first contact resolution where possible. Being customer focussed and a good decision maker is critical for this role.
This is a fixed term contract from January 2020 - September 2020.
The hours
You will be working rostered shifts between 6am-8.15pm Monday - Friday and 9am-5pm on Saturday.
To be considered for this role you will need to
Have proven customer service in retail, hospitality or contact centre
Pass a predictor test
Have resilience
Have strong communication skills
Be customer focused
Be a NZ resident or NZ citizen
