The role
- Visit customers in the field who have defaulted on payment or not meeting their contractual agreements
- Negotiating new payment agreements in accordance with company polices
- Service specific territories around New Zealand depending on allocation
- Updating customer details after each visit
- Managing your weekly schedule to ensure you are using your time efficiently
Ideal candidate
- Comfortable working independently
- Experience with door to door sales would be highly beneficial for this role
- Resilient personality with the ability to handle tough conversations
- Flexibility with travel around New Zealand
- Extremely self-motivated - this role is very autonomous
- Friendly and approachable demeanour
- Extremely results driven - persistence to get the best outcome
- Full NZ Drivers licence is required for this position
