Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

Do you pride yourself on your Customer Service skills and love being the face of a company? We are seeking a confident, reliable and experienced Receptionist to join our client's busy team. In this role your main responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service as the first point of contact for the clinic via telephone or face to face enquiries.
Day to day you will
. Answer all inbound phone calls and strive for first call resolution, answering the query where possible
. Re-direct calls where appropriate e.g. to Audiologists or other medical professionals
. Maintain detailed working knowledge of current marketing materials to be abreast of current promotions and offerings
. Identify and report potential client referrals for new customers
. Greet, assist clients and / or the general public
. Ensure all appointments are made with clients and correctly scheduled
. Ensure client information is kept up to date in the database
About you
. Positive, go getter attitude, with the ability to take initiative in your day to day work life
. Good judgement skills and problem-solving capability
. Proven experience in a customer service role
. Exceptional communication skills - clear and articulate in spoken and written conversation
. Ability to manage sometimes difficult conversations both on the phone and in person, manage client expectations
. Driven and self-motivated to succeed at work
