The client: Madison has partnered with a large and well-known insurance company seeking the best customer service people to work in a team dedicated to supporting customers from a large well-known bank.

The role: Inbound customer service phone calls and emails from customers and banking partners all over the country regarding personal insurance products - home, care, content and more!
Day to day you will:
Provide product knowledge, underwriting and insurance product support
Provide underwriting advice and answer general insurance queries via phone and email
Provide underwriting approval within set parameters
Add value and solutions by providing additional product information and offerings that meet bank customers' needs
Work in a collaborative and consultative way with all team members
Start date: 28th January 2020
The hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday - Sunday 8.30am - 5pm (approximately one weekend per month), 37.5 hour work weeks
Flexibility is required to work any time during the opening hours
Shift swaps are possible within your team

We are looking for:
Proven customer service experience
Contact centre experience is preferred, but we are open
Exceptional communication & customer service skills - verbal & written
You see the glass half full - positive attitude & self-motivated
Excellent IT skills - system savvy or learns systems quickly
Able to work in a fast-paced volume environment
