Executive Assistants & Personal Assistants
Madison Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency that are represented across New Zealand. We work with a number of local and international brands in the South & East area of Auckland who are always on the look out for an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to support the management team.
The successful candidates will ideally have the following experience and skills:
. 2+ years EA/PA experience
. Ability to demostrate excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills, both verbally and written
. MS Office Package including PowerPoint
. Experience in writing briefs, proposals and presentations
. Proven time management skills i.e. arranging appointments, meetings and diary management
