Responsibilities will include:
- Producing meeting minutes
- Coordinating meetings and actions plans for the Executive Team
- Track action progress and update action plans by liaising daily with leaders
- Creating a monthly newsletter for external purposes
- Managing communication through Facebook
- Providing updates to the organisation frontline staff through the intranet
- Updating policy and other documents when needed
- Implementing new ideas to streamline processed
- Diary Management
What is required to be successful in this role:
- Minimum of 3 - 4 years' proven experience in a Personal Assistant position
- Confident working with directors and sensitive documentation
- Ability to use initiative and be proactive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain integrity and professionalism at all times
- Eager to learn and get stuck into a new position
