Our client:
Our client is a well-established early childcare centre who pride themselves in their culture and the welcoming environment they provide to all their children. Over the past few years, they have had significant growth and due to this they are looking to bring in a confident administrator to join the experienced team of 3.
The role:
The Administrator works within a team with their primary role overseeing fee collection, enrolments, timetable changes and general administration.
- Ensuring all funding documentation is compliant
- Overseeing all fee collection and reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting for enrolments and vacancies
- Providing ad hoc support to the education manager
The candidate:
- Experience within an administration role for at least 1 year
- Confident using Microsoft 365 and Office suite
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
