The Role:
Our client is looking for talented and engaging sales superstars to join their rapidly growing sales campaign here in Auckland. You will be actively acquiring new business through outbound calls and cold calling to small to medium businesses located in Australia. You will be calling on behalf of the digital marketing agency to sell advertising spots on their website and to promote their local targeted marketing services.
The Hours: Monday - Friday 11am -7pm (Flexibility required)
Training: 1 hour intensive training session - looking for confident, experience sales agents who will be able to hit the ground running.
What about you? You describe yourself as a go-getter, you see the glass as half full, and have previous experience in a call centre environment handling a high volume of calls. You are resilient and you brush the no's off your shoulder and keep going. You will be presenting solutions and closing sales, so it is essential that you have outstanding communication skills as well as a 'hunter' mentality.
Must Haves:
. 2+ years' experience in outbound sales
. Cold calling experience
. High level of initiative and enthusiasm
. Well-developed negotiation skills
. Outgoing and positive personality
. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
. Confident in objection handling with the ability to think on your feet
. Resilience - the ability to bounce back and remain objective after a difficult call
